The room is dirty, there are cockroaches. The microwave and coffee maker did not work. The heating was not set up. Despite the do not disturb sign, the cleaner entered the room.

Room smelt, toilet seat loose, toilet roll holder fell out of wall, grease/liquid substance on mirror and glass/wooden panel next to bed, bedsheet stained and ripped.

“We made a poor choice in staying here”
There was no breakfast as advertised. Only coffee was provided. Found cockroach in the bathroom.. The bed was worn out.
