Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

terrible hotel at an absurd price, this stay was a future. We had asked for a quiet room and instead there was a lot of outside noise and the very noisy air conditioning. The hotel is well furnished but I go to sleep not because of the furniture. The pillows were terribly hard, I had a sore neck for two days and had to pay for therapy to unblock it... they could have invested in the old, noisy air conditioner. it's in a godforsaken place where there is nothing. you can't charge that kind of price in a place like this.

Large, clean room with a good shower. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. We left before breakfast on the second day but were able to choose products from the small shop which was much appreciated.

“We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga and would now look for IHG hotels in other cities!”
We loved this Hotel! It’s very stylish and has a great bar / entertaining area in the foyer. Our room was really big compared to other places we had stayed, which made our visit very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and arranged a laundry service for us.

“Great Facilities and Excellent Staff - but expensive for UK travellers”
Good location, excellent facilities and very helpful and friendly staff - particular mention to valet parking team. Very nice spacious room on the 9th floor with great bathroom and perfect shower. WiFi was just about OK but we were in a corner room.
