It was very pretty, quaint and quiet, great breakfast and friendly staff

Considering the room was next to the main area of the property where everyone walks and drives past, it still felt very private. The room itself was really nice, although slightly on the smaller side. The main house and amenities were always available.

We stayed in the Wild Pigeon room. It was beautiful and so spacious. The bed was super comfortable too. Breakfast was great each morning with so much choice! Complimentary afternoon tea was an added bonus 😊

Such a delightful historic property with wonderful, helpful & cheerful staff. We'd been travelling for over a week and this was the first hotel that felt family run and everyone was genuinely kind and pleased to have us there!! The extent of the breakfast choice surprised us and was delicious. Thank you!

What a special place. We were greeted and shown to our room which was beautiful. It was spacious, lovely king bed , nice decor and view of the garden. Spacious bathroom either a hot tub. They thought of everything..water in the fridge, chocolates and wine to purchase in the room. Unfortunately we never made afternoon tea. Lovely fire place for cold nights.. but the air conditioner was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a very big choice of hot and cold. It was walkable to the town but quite far . Lovely shops and restaurants. Thank you for having us ..

Excellent choice for breakfast which set us up for the day. The best breakfast of our tour around New England. We certainly didn't need lunch! In the afternoon there were cookies in the dining area and also mid afternoon the option of afternoon tea. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, the grounds around the Inn were very well kept. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable.

Authentic for the area with a lovely history. The Wild Pigeon Room where we stayed was very pretty, has a balcony and fire place and super comfy bed.

The Inn is in great location of Chatham with sufficient free parking space (or probably we came in during low season.) We had the room of Wild Pigeon, which is super cosy and cute with large space. The bed sheet is very soft and comfy. Also need to mention the complimentary breakfast - so good. Special thank you to Rachel, who welcomed us cheerfully and made us feel like home.

“Homely New England stay”

Lovely Inn close to town. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary cream tea and home made cookies are available everyday - delicious. The decor is typical New England with a few nice, quirky items.
