“Excellent service.”
Loan was an exceptional host. We had trouble with the codes when we arrived, but nothing was too much trouble for him. The room was clean and very tastefully decorated, though the bathroom was still undergoing refurbishment. A very central location which suited us just fine. Despite that, it was very peaceful .

“Comfortable and nice staff but noisy house”
The property is well situated in the city center of Chateaulin. Easy parking on the street during our stay. Owner responsive and good breakfast. System of code to enter and get the keys.

If Your traveling by bicycle they have safe storage in the courtyard only accessible through the house. Breakfast was good . The host was very friendly and welcoming.

“Would certainly recommend and will have no hesitation in returning.”
Loan the host was absolutely wonderful, he was so helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our room (1) was huge with extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than adequate. Also it was lovely that you had access to the breakfast room 24/7 to make tea/coffee.

There is no resident owner but the instructions to get access are very clear. Room was available early and there is easy, safe bike parking. 5 minutes from some very good restaurants
