Before you go to the house, you must submit your address, name, passport # to the host. Then, you will receive the passcode for entering home. I think it is the requirement of Japan. I was at front about 30 min because I missed the submission. You must use line app so that you can easily communicate with the host. I received auto-emails from hotels.com and it says, "you can reply to this email directly" but it is fake. I have to send directly my message to the host. Maybe it is the host's wording but makes me confusing and I realized when I received an email of my reply, saying that this email address is not working.

“We had an excellent stay although it was short”
It’s a spacious apartment and it has everything you need for short or long stay. We loved everything was provided to us. Owner is very thoughtful in every little details to make our stay comfortable. There’s a family mart walking distance from the property.
