“You get what you pay for”

Very good value for money. Room is quite small but has fridge, microwave, decent sized bed andgood hot shower. Second time of staying here and will use again.

“Poor toilet facilities”
Do not stay in Room 009. Toilet bowl & seat was broken. Toilet was too near the wall to sit properly. No other place to hang towel as rack was in-between wall & toilet bowl

- very clean & newly renovated room - huge & comfortable bed - welcoming, friendly staff & very responsive to my inquiries - w/ breakfast buffet that is super value for money. For a small amount paid, surprisingly we enjoyed what we needed- warm croissant & pain au chocolat, fresh bread, newly installed coffee machine with variety of hot drinks to choose from, orange jus, yougart, cheese... -good & quiet location - nice walk with friends going to the train station and entrance to Futuroscope

“Stop-over in Poitiers”
Cheap and well positioned, perfect for an overnight stop-over or a trip to Futuroscope. Microwave and fridge in the room was a pleasant bonus.
