Lovely chambre d'hote in a beautiful village. Hosts were superb, and the food was great!

Véronique and Christophe are top hosts and I felt right at home. My room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and with a very comfortable bed. Diner and breakfast the following morning were excellent and I very much enjoyed the conversation with Christophe and Véronique. I can only recommend staying with them!

Beautiful old building in a medieval village, that is owned by a very nice couple, who welcomed us in their home and made us feel very comfortable. We were shown private secure parking for our motorbike and then shown to our room up a winding stone staircase that opens out into a covered veranda with seating. Our room was large and very comfortable with a modern en-suite and coffee/tea making facilities. Decor was very nice and was within keeping of the house. We ate with the owners and other guests, I can recommend the food and my milk and yeast intolerance was catered for. The owners do speak English. Highly recommend this accommodation and the village which has lots of history, cafes and restaurants. Everyone was so friendly.

EVERYTHING! Such a delightful place and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, we arrived on a national holiday without booking a restaurant reservation but enjoyed the hospitality and incredible food and drink at the hotel. A memorable evening.

The owners of this charming chateaux are the best hostes you can get. They received us in the best way. We’re got good recommendations for restaurants an what we could do in these charming village. They also served us a faboulose homemade breakfast, with all you can wish for.

The Maison is picturesque and cosy. Its located in the center of the village so you find it easily.

The breakfast was excellent, local cheeses and ham and anything extra I needed such as scrambled, quickly provided. I loved the town, it was my favourite of the medieval villages I visited. The hosts were excellent, I enjoyed chatting to both over breakfast about anything and everything. France isn't renowned for its coffee (!) but the coffee provided here was easily the best I had.

Veronique and Christophe are natural hosts. The property is steeped in history and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice including freshly made crepes. We chatted at length with our hosts who are truly lovely people. Charroux was a delight - (we came from our house in Creuse which is very quiet) lots of little shops open even on a Sunday! Recommend the local restaurant La Ferme San Sebastián - delightful!

A lovely overnight stay in an amazing property. Very spacious bedroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with a vast choice of very tasty food. Veronique and Christophe were charming hosts.

The warm welcome was just the start. Veronique et Christophe are just best hosts. We arrived late not having ordered dinner. Everything was closed in the village so they very kindly sort dinner with them, en famille. Fabulous food, great conversation, they have really good English which help highly as my French is school girl and that was long ago.
