It is an excellent experience, they have a staff named Tina for the everythinghouse issues. She is very nice and caring, you can inquiry about all the things about this city and surrounding from Tina, it is a great experience to have a conversation with her at all. Thanks a lot.

Tina, who looked after the property could not have been more helpful to us, going beyond the call of duty to assist with our problems. Lily is very lucky to have her working there.

Tina is the best, the kindest and the sweetest. Very understanding, accommodating and respectful and patient. Very responsive as well and attentive. I am just new here in Canada and staying at Lily's Garden is gonna be a core memory. Super clean room, smells very nice and I had a great night sleep. Will book again! My friend kept on saying it's a beautiful room. Also very accessible and convenient, just few mins away from downtown.

The area was nice and quiet and Tina was a wonderful host even though a lot of things were not 'right'.

Very friendly and beautiful neighborhood. My wife and I are looking forward to going back.

The only good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable and we did have a private bathroom.

While the room was clean the linen and bedding looked like it came out of a thrift shop there was no coffee in the room and parking was badly organised .It was not made clear in the listing that this was a house in the suburbs and you would be staying in the basement

The young Chinese girl looking after the property was very pleasant. Working very hard to look after the guests needs.

We were in the Rose Room, which is the only king bedroom and it was a very comfortable bed and pillows. Tina, our hostess was great!!! 👍 I give her a 10! As we were there for ten days, it was really helpful to have free laundry facilities.. It was also nice to have a mini fridge and mini coffee pot in the room. For being named a "deluxe" king room, however - the space was quite small. The space was very quiet, but we were the only guests. If the other rooms were full, it would not be. Our room was right beside the entrance and sitting room. Our stay was only comfortable because we were the only guests. Except for the bedrooms, it is all a shared space. The price was reasonable so expectations were not high.

Laundry facility and fast WiFi. There was large screen TV in the room with access to Netflix and other streaming channels. We required some help and it was promptly provided to our satisfaction.

“Loved our stay”

We loved having a big bed and tv and the private bathroom was more than fine as well. It was nice to have cooking and laundry facilities and a shared living room. Good communication with the host. There was a mini fridge.

I rent 2 bedrooms. The bigger one was extremely bad. The bed smelt bad, and it was almost broken one leg. It feels not conformable. The air conditioner smelt so bad and spread dust. Not good for health. The second bedroom was good, air-conditioning good. Although it was no more blankets. But is was enough with the heater.
