The facility is beautiful and clean. I loved the garden. My room was very comfortable and I loved everything about it. It’s on UVA campus, right next to Darden.

NEW. CLEAN. AMAZZZZING! It was so fresh and the lobby was so amazing and cozy and they had a cute room you could chill in. A real nice vibe, staff was super friendly. However it’s pet friendly and there was a dog staying across the room from ours which wouldn’t stop barking so that was annoying.

Staff were passive and reactive and generally unengaged, with little focus on the job, suggesting a combination of bad training and bad management overall.

Breakfast was good, expected a little more from the staff in terms of friendliness given how friendly the hotel staff were.

The restaurant staff had no idea what guest service is. Very inattentive and the hosts are rude. They make you wait without need.

The Hotel ist beautifully designed and built, the rooms very nice and comfortable. Something of the best we've seen so far. The only complaint we have is the totally unfriendly staff at the breakfast, they don't greet, they don't smile and they have not the behaviour we expect from a Hotel of this class.

When we visited the hotel had only been open for a couple of months so the decor was fresh and sharp. Our room was large and well appointed and most importantly spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and I can honestly say they went ‘above and beyond’ to make us feel welcome.
