“Very happy, kept rebooking the same place, can find cheaper but we were happy.”
Usual Holiday Inn standard. Good location for us. Room was nice and well appointed. Staff were very efficient. No issues. We stayed here 10 days in total split over numerous bookings while visiting family in the area.

“Worst hotel experience ever”
Worst experience EVER!!! Hotel clerk was very unhelpful and told us how awful the town is and how much he hates the area after we just told him we were there touring the college. Put us in the wrong room and then said they were completely sold out and could not accommodate. He said they were actually overbooked by 7 rooms even though I made my reservation over a month ago!! Had to leave and find a new hotel and I’m STILL waiting for my refund but the manger never seems to be on duty and they are the only one able to process the refund.

Comfortable beds, nice outdoor pool (though close to I-64). The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and a good value if you include it in the room rate, especially if you're traveling with kids. Very convenient location for things to do in the area.
