“Expensive but nice staff”
Historical hotel , beautiful pictures in lobby, Large clean room , good breakfast , with in walking distance to UVA hospital. Staff was nice. I liked that the staff text you and make sure that everything is going good for you. Staff member Lenora is very nice and Janice also. but shouldn't have to pay for parking when they have their own parking lot.

the hotel I was staying at in Charlottesville was a great hotel and it was close to restaurants, shops Amtrak station and close to Football Stadium too and it was close to Monticello also. great breakfast every morning

“Great location, super friendly staff, everything you need”
Very friendly staff, helpful. Shuttle took us to our car hire location. Great washing facilities, we washed and dried our clothes for just a couple of dollars. We'd been on a trip beforehand and this facility was such a bonus.

“Very disappointed! Never choose again.”
Overcharged. Order showed $180. My credit card was charged $208. Air conditioner has weird smell and loud noise. Service guy knock the door at 8:20AM. The desk wasn’t very clean. The room isn’t worth its price at all.
