“Horrible”

Power went from about midnight and did not come On until minutes to 9am. The generator did not come on. I couldn’t take a shower, the room was hot, the sliding door was so difficult to open. I was leaving that morning to go back to STX. My flight was at 11am. When I finally went to checkout. I expressed my concerns to the Employee. She was not sympathetic at all. She admitted the generator did not come on. She basically said. They have no control of what’s happening all together.

Breakfast and location was great.

A lot of space, family friendly, good restaurant and area

I didn't appreciate that you could hear what goes on in the other room nor did I like early this morning to be awaken by staff painting/cleaning and playing music just outside my room. It was a bit upsetting. The person did apologize when I asked for the music to be turned down. The price was a bit high but I liked the room.

I loved the room set up! Room Décor was amazing and Bed was very comfortable! Bell boys were super pleasant and helpful, Bar tenders was amazing! The food was great!

Ate dinner at property during 1st night. Good menu, friendly staff. Great views and relatively quiet for relaxing. Also, everything in good order and works (internet, phone, etc)

Room was beautiful, big, bed perfect, but couch for extra 2 really small, just for kids. Kitchen perfect and view from our room too. The tower and pirate shop very nice. Pool is nice. Jakuzzi only for adults ( above 14 years old).

The people at this were very welcoming and friendly, great hospitality from the staff and very helpful and insightful.

Property was beautiful and the employees was very Helpful. Thanks to Amor for his golf cart trips to and from the lobby. We named him Darryl lol anyway. Everything was lovely can’t wait to return again from Alabama,US

Room was very spacious and nice. Food was really good. Restaurant staff was very nice.

It has a beautiful view, good food. The bar staff is very friendly. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Overall the staff was nice.

Magnificent views, friendly, accommodating staff with the exception of the bartenders.

Room has a great view. I Iiked that it wasn’t like a hotel where housekeeping comes in every day to clean, this way we could just sit in the room and relax knowing we weren’t ever going to be bothered. The food at the bar was also really good.
