Room and bed was comfortable, the only issue was the window AC was noisy. Other than that Terri was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Another authentic place to stay in US. 130 years old house, but super comfortable. Super nice, friendly and welcome owner. Very good drivers breakfast. Only 10 walking minutes to city center.

It’s within easy walking distance of the centre. My room was clean and well ventilated. The breakfasts and coffee were excellent.

“Nice house and terrific host just a step away from Charlevoix downtown.”
Terri was a great host with a superb sense of humour, she made our stay very enjoyable, we felt very welcome and like at home. She also made very good breakfast (we got French toast with blueberries) at any time that was convenient for us. The house itself is very nice, 5 minutes walk from "downtown" Charlevoix with shops and restaurants and very close to both lakes. The Lightouse room itself was not the biggest, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was great value for money, so we knew what we had booked.

This property is one of several along the main road through Charlesvoix. It is unfortunately quite noisy early in the mornings, but some of the rooms go out towards the back.
