Very well located. Nice price. It’s an old house that has been redesigned to provide several rooms. Nice decorations. The breakfast is good. Not superb, but enough. The options are the ones you need to start the day.

Location is perfect; the old-style building is very charming; the apartment has 2 floors and could actually fit 6 people, it is very spacious. Breakfast was in the dining room of the owner, with local products. It felt like being a private guest at someone’s house.

“I would not recommend it on a hot day, but it can be a very pleasant stay in cooler weather.”
Location. The breakfast was nice, mostly organic produce, which I very much appreciated. The owner is a gentleman, he tried his best, despite the negative points I raise in this review

“We were pleased, but it could be better. In this day and age you don’t expect a smoke dense room”
The apartment was decorated with attention and eye for detail. It was spacious enough. It was nicely located in the city center. And we were warmly welcomed by the host. The breakfast had homemade jams and was mainly organic.

“Charming old house in the city center with comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast.”
The bed was so comfortable that I would like to buy one for my house (and it's rare to come across a perfect mattress in my opinion). The room was good sized and had a seating area with two chairs and a table. Christophe made a very nice breakfast with organic food items and delicious jams from his families property. The house is from the 1600s and it's really cool and interesting to stay there!

“Great location for exploring Charleville on a budget, would recommend.”
Christopher is a great host, friendly and welcoming. The building is quirky and interesting and right in the centre of town. My rooms were a great size and layout. Breakfast was tasty and varied.
