“Friendly staff”
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The breakfast options were quite limited and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and trash emptied during my 4 day stay.

“Great staff!”
The staff and the delicious breakfast is what makes this place a good choice. I did have a small issue when I arrived and I spoke to the front desk attendant and it was immediately resolved.

The hotel room itself was pleasant, but we encountered a persistent issue with the hot/warm water supply in the bathroom that lasted for two days. Throughout this period, I had access only to cold water. I made several requests to the staff to address the problem, but unfortunately, it persisted for two days. I requested compensation due to this inconvenience, and although the staff provided me with an email to file for compensation, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of follow-up both through direct contact and via booking.com was extremely disappointing and demonstrated a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I cannot overlook. Consequently, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

“The staff were very accommodating and the room was lovely.”
The break had lots on offer. the room and bathroom were both massive with lots of storage and it was great to have fridge space in there. The facilities in the hotel were great too.

“Overall nice hotel”
Great bathroom, comfortable beds, not so far from Folly Beach which is great. The hotel is nice overall, there's a very nice common area on the bottom floor. It was clean.
