“We were so pleased with the accomodations and the friendliness of staff, we would definitely return”
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. If anything was needed, it was supplied very quickly. Desk staff even helped us print out boarding passes after we had difficulty doing so. Trotters, which may be an independent restaurant, served delicious food.

“Very disappointing”
The breakfast buffet was $16.99 pp I was expecting continental with my accommodations, but was told on property, it was not included. I reserved online and was promised an accessible room, instead I was upgraded on property and told accessible rooms were not guaranteed. I experienced great difficulty as a result and the upgrade was not adequate for what I needed.

Nice bathroom but shower leaked water all over the floor. Jetted tub was nice. The area around this hotel was not nice but easy drive to downtown Charleston. Bathroom had a sticky floor but bedroom was clean.

I was impressed by the location of the hotel as very easy to find. The receptionist accommodated our request to book in early and the room and facilities were more than adequate. We also had use of the outdoor pool area which was lovely and quiet.
