Overview
Located off Interstate 26, the North Charleston Staybridge Suites are 15 minutes’ drive from Charleston Air Force Base. All suites offer full kitchens and there is an indoor pool on site. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in every classic guest suite at this Charleston hotel. A DVD player is also provided and kitchens are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. A fitness centre is available on site at the Staybridge Suites North Charleston as well as a laundrette. Guests will also have access to a business centre and BBQ facilities. The South Carolina Aquarium and the Citadel are both 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel. The Charleston Historic District is 15 miles away.

“Staybridge Suites North Charleston literally saved our trip to Charleston from being a disaster!”
We had a lastminute booking at the hotel because our AirBnB in the area was double booked when we arrived, so after a 4 hour drive with 6 people + 2 dogs we had to find a plan B... Staybridge Suites North Charleston literally saved our trip to Charleston from being a disaster! Our experience was extremely positive and the staff was super helpful when we called them for help. Breakfast was excellent - it wasn't just simple toast and bagels... during our 3 day stay we had a wide selection for breakfast including omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, and sausage with a variety cereal and drinks (not just OJ and coffee), and the supply was refreshed often / it was never empty. Outside of the breakfast room was a large outdoor area with a grill - unfortunately we were there in December so we didn't get a chance to use the grill, but nice to know you have the option to grill with the family in warmer months. There was a movie library near the breakfast area where guests could take DVDs to their rooms to watch. Not far from there was the indoor pool and gym that we unfortunately never had time to use. The hotel was pet friendly with a low pet fee ($75 total, for 2 dogs for the ENTIRE 12/26 - 12/29 stay; which was an amazing deal as we compared with other hotels in the area and those places were charging $175!), so if you're traveling with pets I highly recommend Staybridge Suites North Charleston... Even if you're not traveling with pets I would recommend staying here!

“Great hotel and great breakfast”
Excellent hotel with a great breakfast, plenty of options in the morning including some healthy options which makes a change from the usual hotels only offering waffles and sugary cereal. I didn’t use the facilities as it was used as a stop between two long drives but it was one of the cleanest and best organised hotels I stayed in during our 2 week road trip holiday, the staff were friendly too.
