Very easy check-in, friendly and caring staff. The room was clean and stocked, I only had one problem. Bugs, there were baby roaches in bathroom area. Other than that everything was good!

The hotel wasn’t close to anything like the stuff told me. The hot water in the shower took about 20 minutes to heat up before you could shower. All they had for breakfast was waffles and cereal. People being loud all through the night. My experience was terrible

Breakfast was ok (cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles), lots of tv channels, located near everything you would need. Staff was accommodating when I complained our room was nasty & they were friendly enough.

“Will choose another place to stay. First time to Charleston”
Report on check in about water running in tub both Friday and Saturday no one never came to stop it. Had a small ranch to turn it down a little couldn't get it to stop completely. Running all night was a distracting.Wanted to mostly chill and relax on Saturday. Staff made a lot of loud talking and laughing outside of room. Room could use a little more fixing up

“Cozy hotel near the airport”
The comfort, the staff, the silence . I mean I booked it 2 hours before getting there, it was a last minute book and even so everything was very very nice !
