“It was horrible and incredibly frustrating”
Made and paid for three rooms. You only had two and I had to make other arrangements for my sister. Unbelievable! Then upon checkout you charged a cancellation fee of $459 To my sisters credit card for a reservation that you said we didn’t have. That’s horrible.

“Lovely spot in the thick of Charleston’s best everything!”
I wouldn’t fault the hotel for the noise issues but we had a room of four wedding attendees next to us and they were highly intoxicated and yell-talking both Thursday and Friday night. Staff was helpful in getting them to quiet down on Friday. We did have a little issue in that housekeeping didn’t refill our Kerig supplies and certain toiletries. Bed was amazingly comfortable, bath products were lovely. Cafe staff were super kind.

“Claustrophobic Rooms and Overall Disappointing Experience”
The hotel was lovely in it's decor and the location was great as we were able to walk nearly everywhere in Historic Charleston.
