“Can’t go wrong staying here in Charleston. I’d definitely stay here again.”
The room was fantastic. It had a kitchen, lounge area, and bedroom area. All pretty modern and spacious. Just sitting at the top of town was great for all I wanted to do. The staff were excellent! All very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. It’s not often you can give 10/10 for everything but they really nailed it!

“A good hotel in a great location”
The suite was lovely, the fitness centre was a little small, but better stocked than most hotel gyms. The location is of course near pefect. Also the lifts here are great, really fast. I've stayed in a lot of hotels recently and many of them have slow lifts that keep you waiting for ages, not so here.

“Nice hotel close to everything”
Breakfast was good, but not enough tables in the weekend. Room was large and nice. Hotel is in walking distance to everything.

“Helpful staff and all inclusive environment in a convenient location.”
That breakfast is available. Room size is generous. Location is close to center but away from tourist activities. The shuttle bus was convenient and make life easier going into downtown area. Roof top bar nice to hang out with friends.

“Very comfortable and central place to stay”
This was a fantastic place to stay - right in the centre of everything. the breakfast was exceptional and the suite brilliant the very tall valet and Anthony on the reception desk were so helpful

The breakfast was hot and offered exceptionally delicious items (including gluten free). The rooms were clean and sanitized well. They have an on site bar/restaurant.

“Comfortable hotel in the heart of a lovely historic city”
Very comfortable hotel on King St - the main street. Just a walk to lots of shops and the market area where many of the tours start. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice.

“We had a very enjoyable stay , the Hyatt is extremely convenient for exploring beautiful Charleston.”
Good sized room and plenty of choice at breakfast. Nice to have a fridge and microwave to make tea. Free bottled water in the lobby was very welcome.
