The hotel is beautiful and smells nice! We got the pool view... poor thing we couldn't use it becuase of the rain. We stayed at a king size bed bedroom which had a pretty good size and was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful!

“Perfect location for a visit to Charleston”

Picked this hotel for the ease of visiting Charleston, which was only a few minutes drive away. Benefits were free parking, a clean modern hotel with an inviting pool area which we took advantage of. Great location for visiting many other places of interest on Mount Pleasant too, so perfect for us.

The hotel is really great — everything is beautiful, well-organized, with polite and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as I wanted. My main reason for choosing this hotel was the heated and open pool, but it wasn’t actually heated. It wasn’t freezing, but it was cold. On a hot, sunny day it feels nice, though. I plan to come back in the summer — the leisure area is really beautiful and a great place to relax.

Everything was perfect! We had a very nice room with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Highlight of the hotel: the pool area! We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was awesome. The room was clean but the cleaning people never made the bed. That was my only issue.

Overall the hotel amenities were clean and in good shape, the pool area is very nice (though I didn't use it) and the staff helpful (for example, I ran out of toothpaste and they kindly provided some sachets). Location is great if you have a car, and manageable via uber ($10 to town, so still a big cost saving over 3 days vs staying downtown).
