Very modern hotel with great service, perfect rooms, well sized and equipped gym and the breakfast was excellent Annette and Roberta kept it clean and refilled.

Lots of parking spaces. A large, clean room and everything electrical worked. The male evening receptionist was extremely helpful and provided options for food places within walking distance of the venue. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep was had by all. As an added bonus, the venue was close to Patriots Point and the USS Yorktown museum ship

Room and facilities were excellent, staff were very friendly and most helpful, good selection for breakfast. Wide selection of food options nearby including two supermarkets. Good location to explore Charleston and surrounds.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room( bed and sheets were very comfortable). also liked that the hand soap was a pump not bar soap that gets messy , loved the bench and hooks above to place luggage etc on, friendliness of staff while checking in.

I was charged more than the agreed price and have still not got an explanation. The difference was small, but an agreement is meant to be held, and I get afraid that it might be a higher amount another time.

“Would definitely pick as a place for comfort”
Everyone was very kind and professional. Concerns were met promptly and efficiently. Breakfast was very hearty and provided great variety choices. Seating area was spacious for family size and rooms were clean.
