The room was not clean when we arrived. The toilet had hair on it, and the bathtub was also full of hair. We informed the front desk, and they said someone would come to clean it, but nobody ever came. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

“It was fine, but I would definitely find an alternative if I went back to Charleston.”
Not too far from the historical part of town. Most of the staff were very helpful about from the receptionist when we booked in.

“Disappointing”
"I recently stayed at this hotel, and although it's not located in the downtown city area, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to take guests to the city center. This was a huge plus for me, as it made exploring the city easy and stress-free.

Lovely clean room. Best feature was hourly shuttle bus to take you downtown and pick you up hourly. The drivers couldn't have been more helpful often going out of their way to bring you directly to your destination of choice. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Location excellent.

“Adequate property”
Dinner was extremely good in the dining room on the top floor. The rooms need some updating and the electrical on one side of the bed wouldn’t work.
