Perfectly located for my visit to CSU. Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Decent breakfast, plenty of parking, and all-round nothing but positives.

“Good stay. Did like the motel”
It was ok. At first they had no waffle mix but finally made more. Lots of people were waiting Also no forks No coffee in main lobby. Said they were making some but after an hour was still none

“disappointing”
we unfortunately suffered complete blackout due to hurricane Ian which of course wasn’t the hotels fault but they had no generator back up so spent the whole stay in darkness unable to leave our rooms as the electronics locks were inoperable. no fire safety and no provisions, not even cold sandwiches. we were then charged full rate on departure and follow up emails have been ignored

“Our experience was great. I would stay there again in the future”
The staff was very friendly and professional; The room was super comfortable, spacious, nice and really clean; Beds were comfortable; The amenities were great; Breakfast was really good and had a lot of selection; The location was close to everything; Quiet location. We will definitely stay at this location again when we are visiting Charleston.

I think the Hotel was fine, the phone in our room 227 did not work we had to go to the front desk to ask for stuff they never had like an straw or a plate.
