This hotel is one mile from Citadel Mall and 7 miles from downtown Charleston, South Carolina. It features an outdoor pool and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. I liked how the desk receptionist was able to accommodate our request to upgrade one of the rooms after we realized that one of our choices was not as we expected. Thank you so much for being kind and understanding to our request

The staff was amazing. The girl at the front desk we had lots of conversations and very friendly. Same with all the staff. We will definitely stay again .

The hotel is under renovation and no where on the Booking website is this mentioned. The pool was not operational due to the renovation. The air-conditioning unit in the room was very loud and can not be stopped unless unplugged. Plus, as we were on the top floor, outside window on the roof were 6 additional air-conditioning units for other parts of the hotel that ran all the time. I needed to sleep with earplugs.

“Place to stay night before a cruise departure, ride to and from port and safe, free, car park.”
We took advantage of their "Park and Sail" package for low cost shuttle to cruise port and free vehicle parking while we were on a 5 day cruise.

“Not Pleasant Room Stay”
I like the room size, comfort, clean, and the staff was great very friendly and helpful. Also on the day before my last day September 28th I had stop by the breakfast area to grab a coffee and luckily everything was still out it was after 11am. And breakfast was great I had the bacon, egg, sausage, blueberry doughnuts it was delicious. The lady came to breakdown everything she said make sure you get everything you need because normally it doesn't be out after 10am so I was just in time.

We didn't eat breakfast there, since the checking in attendant referred us to several great place to try. Each one very good. We pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable she was.
