“Horrible”
I reserved a room. Once I got there to check in the lady at the front desk told me that she had just canceled my reservation before I walked in because they had a bus came in and she gave rooms to all of the people on the bus so she no longer could keep my reservation. I was never notified of this cancellation via email phone text or anything. This was the worst experience ever if I have a reservation my room was not supposed to have been given to someone else.

“Warm Stay but great room With AC”
Thank you for the personal touch. Adding a card in my room it was really nice. The time they took to make the card and write some nive to each guest. That is really special. Well done this is amazing service.

“My stay was Good.”
