“Good airport hotel with friendly staff”
Does what it says in the tin. Easy to get to and from airport on the shuttle. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Restaurant out in the terrace was a nice experience and the waitress who served us was particularly cheerful

“Ok”
The room was great bed very comfortable. But decor tired and in need of repair. The dining room disappointing. The meal average and not value for money. Good to see it is being upgraded. But they may also need to employ a chef.

“A disappointment compared to my expectations of the Crowne Plaza name”
I was placed in a handicap room (not needed or requested) in a busy thoroughfare with many inconsiderate guests making lots of noise outside my room late at night and early morning. There was a lot of visible wall/paint damage throughout the room and bathroom.
