It was very clean, comfortable bed and good location. We rented a car, so is very close to the airport and every evening we had a parking spot. Totally can recommend this place and will definitely choose again if coming back.

The place was clean and comfortable for 4 people. It had a nice balcony as well. The host was really nice to allow us to check in earlier then the time stated. It was also not very far from Charleroi airport, about 15 minutes car ride.

Great place! Everything you need is there. Parking available, good kitchen, and heating works well.

Spacious, clean and well furnished. A rare place where you just have to bring yourself to feel comfortable.

The host is very kind and courteous she gave us suggestions, she met our requests and she went beyond her duties.

The room was really big and fully equipped with everything one needs for 1 or more nights - kitchen wirh all appliances, plenty of space. The owner is not on site but she gave us clear instruction per message to get to the room without any problem. At the time of arrival it was cold inside but after we turned the heating on it was cosy soon. Stretched from one side of the house to the other - door to a small courtyard, little kitten sat on the window sill in the morning so we fed it - was lovely.

I could make my own food. There were also some food products in the fridge that I could use

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was disappointing. In the morning, the electricity went out due to what appeared to be a short circuit when we used the oven and stove. Although the circuit breakers were up, there was no power in the apartment, while the rest of the building still had electricity. As a result, we had to leave the apartment early, with wet hair after showering and hungry children, because we couldn’t cook or use any appliances. The host was informed but said he was in a meeting and could not send anyone to help. He only mentioned that the issue would be fixed later in the day, which was too late for us. We expected at least a partial refund, as the apartment was not functional during part of our stay, but the host refused to cooperate. While the apartment was otherwise partly clean and had water and power at first, the lack of assistance and the fact that we could not use basic facilities in the morning made our experience quite unpleasant.

Great apartment with everything you could need. Tea, coffee, sugar, creamer all provided. Towels and toilet rolls along with shampoo and body wash. The TV had Netflix and the bed was extremely comfortable and large. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Communicate with Jane was excellent and clear. Great for a few nights. Only 15mins from the airport in a taxi, but trying to get one was a challenge and Uber and Bolt isn't readily available in Charleroi. Charleroi is a great location to see other places in Belgium, with Brussels just 50 mins on train, Brugge 2hrs and Gent 1hr 50.

Very spacious 1 bedroom flat, lovely light, lovely touch of filtered coffee maker, filters, coffee, and sachets of milk and sugar. Cookies too!
