“Cozy, welcoming place.”
This was not our first stay, and we come back as happy as ever. Very comfortable little house, living room / open kitchen and large bedroom. The kitchen has everything ready to prepare all meals. Very comfortable large bed and good heating. Mathilde had started the log fire before our arrival, making the place even cozier. Chargé is a good base to explore the Loire castles, and Les 3 Échoppes make it even better. Thanks Mathilde, we'll come back again!

What a well appointed vintage style property. Well kept, good positioned b and b . The family are enthusiastic hosts and Mathilde is a fab cook , the homemade brioche is to die for! Lovely area to be based for chateaux and the Pommes tappe place is more interesting than it sounds with a great restaurant attached to it.

The village, the house and the room are all great. Added with a extremely friendly host it resulted in a truly enjoyable holiday. It had this nice warm friendly touch of the good old times of nostalgia, that is hard to get by.

A very friendly and helpful lady. The location is excellent for visiting castles and the Loire region. The cottage itself is very nice and equipped with all comforts. We really liked the accompanying garden.

Comfortable, spacious self contained accommodation, very convenient for Amboise. The kitchen was well equipped, the place was spacious with a little garden, it was nice and cool despite the heatwave, and Mathilde was very kind and friendly, and more than helpful.
