The perfect place to stay to visit Lyon, quiet without being dead but an easy train ride into the city. There is also a very good restaurant with a nice outside terrace and a cave to buy your wines.

“Room for improvement”
The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. The choice of food in the restaurant at lunchtime and evening was good and it was well cooked and well presented. The hotel is well located for access to the city centre and to open fields for dog walking not far away. It's in the centre of Charbonnières-les-Bains, which is a delightful town with a train station, shops, boulangerie and restaurants.

It was clean and well organized. It was on 3 minutes walk to the nearest train station which was great. We had a great overall experience and would consider them when returning to Lyon. Ps: they provided us with some food on demand after hours free of charge. BIG thank you for that!

It was cold in the room during the night. Room was not clean, and toilet was smelly. Overall hygiene of hotel could be better.

Service in the resturant was poor the htoel was good but when I checked out at 6 the checkout person was a little rude. I understand it was closed but I had to leave to go to work and hotel reception desk closed at 610am seems strange
