Overview
Majestic architecture, refined décor, elegant landscapes and sumptuous guestrooms define the luxurious Hotel & Spa Le Pavillon. It features guestrooms and suites which harmoniously blend 1930s style with contemporary accommodation. Each room is unique in its design to create a pleasurable and relaxed atmosphere. All guestrooms are well-equipped with en suite facilities, satellite TV and free WiFi internet access. The bar lounge and terrace provide a comfortable setting in which you can have a pleasant moment with your friends or associates. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. It can also be served in the guests' rooms for an additional charge. Guests will also benefit from the Spa facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, steamer, hot tub, fitness room and a very large outside terrace in a zen-garden.

The staff at Hotel & Spa Le Pavillon were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and relaxing. Our suite was spacious, quiet, and clean. Convenient parking just outside the hotel. Although we didn’t have breakfast, the breakfast terrace looked lovely with a nice window view. The staff recommended a fantastic Italian restaurant (Trattoria L'Allegria), which served amazing food.

“Not a 5 star property, description is misleading.”
We booked and stayed here for 5 nights and had three rooms, we were 4 adults and two children. The rooms at this property were as pictured, spacious and clean although one was a little run down in comparison to the other two. The country area is quite beautiful and there are lovely gardens. This is not a 5 star hotel as it doesnt have a restaurant, we were advised on arrival that it had been closed indefinitely. There is a casino restaurant nearby however, not a solution for families as children can not enter. Room service is extremely limited and does not offer meals, the most substantial offering is a sandwich. The train service is very close with easy transfers into Lyon every 30 mins, unfortunately evening service finishes at 9pm so taxi/uber is the only way to return after this time. It is also worth noting the pool is not for general use and is charged at 20 euro per person for 2 hours. Unfortunately disappointing for us as there is no transparency when booking.
