“A lovely quiet place to base yourself for exploring the area and Paris.”

The apartment was a perfect size for a family of 5 and the kitchen was very well stocked. The feel was very open, light and modern. We were impressed with the amount of space and it was very private. The location was ideal for us as we could explore the local area by car and also catch the train into Paris. The stables are beautiful and the grounds very-well maintained, We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Fantastic well located property in the beautiful town of Chantilly. Walking distance from the train station (30mins to Paris) and within easy reach of the Chateau, Race Course and surrounding woodlands and forests. Great for walking and cycling.

“Very relaxing ‘ in the country ‘ stay.”

For this type of ‘ à la campagne ‘ logement Paddock Prestige does very well. You experience a relaxing, quiet atmosphere next to very well kept stables for racing horses. Don’t know how active the estate is in summer months, in September all was very quiet, no noises that wakes one up. Staff stayed at a distance, so one feels free. Fully equipped kitchen to eventually prepare a meal but there are good restaurants within 4 km. either in Gouvieux or in Chantilly. Ordered breakfast at € 15 per person and it was freshly delivered at the apartment with everything ordered, including freshly baked croissants.

The property was very spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped, and the location was good. The free parking is very useful for a place like Chantilly.

Great location, quiet, with parking. Good kitchen and bathroom. Three beds. Comfortable. Really fantastic to find a complementary bottle of champagne, Bonnie Maman jam and brown and white bread.

“Great stay at a reasonable price.”

The location is great for the train station and not too far to walk into Chantilly. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay both in terms of self catering and facilities, it is a 15-20 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and bars, the quickest way is to actually cut through the train station. We would definitely stay there again. I think it was very good value for money.

1. The atmosphere of the location, surrounded by beautiful stabels and well kept horses and a cute dog. 2. The country style decorated apartment. 3. Amazing small village with everything you need, little bit of history, the bakery, restaurants, direct train to Paris, and the woods to explore.

Beautiful setting with all the horses close by (but not too close to hear them). Apartment was warm, clean, comfortable with great mattresses. Finish was lovely.
