Situated just outside Rennes, 1 km from la Poterie Train station, Hôtel Restaurant Les Loges is set in a peaceful countryside location, close to Rennes' ring road. “Uncommunicative, poor service and between the hotel and Booking.com they don’t care when they have taken your money. Use”
Nothing - ferry was a called and both the hotel and booking.com blame each other for lack of customer engagement and communications over the discretionary refund policy. My advice is don’t bother wasting your time- they will blame each other and send you running in circles as to who has responsibility to exercise the discretionary. It’s embarrassing and the worst consumer conduct I’ve experienced in a while.

Very clean, breakfast choice good, room size, , bed and walk in shower room good. Room location of room fitted our needs. Hotel bad points only a tiny bit of toilet tissue supplied, coffee sachets only one supplied each, whole courtesy tray needed review and extra supply. Toilet seat was broken and moved evey time you used it. Extra cartons of water needed / not toilet supply
