“Amazing and very cozy villa ❤️”

Perfect location! Close to Chania, we used Wolt a lot, close to 2 hospitals if with children or just in case, close to city centre, but far from traffic jams, everything in the villa was perfectly clean, nice, cozy, quiet area, the jard was fantastic, air conditioned, big bathroom, very close to coffee shops and supermarkets, public transport, parking… you can’t need more! Perfect value for money. The host was a very friendly and polite person, so thoughtful and kind. Thank you, Ioannis for the hospitality!

This is one of the most immaculate properties I have stayed at through Booking. com. It felt like a home away from home. Everything was spotless, with all appliances one would need, and it has a magnificently maintained garden. Ionnus is a very accommodating host- he even gave us a bottle of Cretan wine and raki. The location is convenient at about 5 km from Chania Old Town. There is a convenience store at about 900 m from the property, a coffee shop around the corner and a large supermarket about 2 km away. I highly recommend this property, and hope to stay there again.

“A beautiful place to stay”

The villa is perfect in every way. It is exceptionally well kept and has many facilities you may want (eg washing machine, dishwasher, secure off-street parking). The photos will show you how it is. Ioannis is a really terrific and friendly host who always responded to my enquiries (messages) and gave me good information when I asked. The villa is in a quiet place, where you can relax. You can easily drive to the town or any other place. Ioannis gave the location of free parking when going to the town (where you can catch a free shuttle bus to the centre and back). I would not hesitate to stay again.

The owner is very kind, responsive and welcoming. He arranged to meet us on the day we arrived and gave us some recommendations of places to visit. The property is exactly how is shown in the photos. It's not luxurious, but very cozy and we had everything we needed for several days. There's a supermarket nearby (5 minutes by car) and we could make a barbeque in the garden.

- I loved that the property was in a quiet part just outside of chania. - The outside grass living area was great to practise yoga on daily. - The gated property made me feel very safe as a solo female traveller. - The owner was so helpful with anything I needed and responded immediately. He also suggested some nearby traditional Cretan restaurants that were amazing! - The space was immaculately clean and have absolutely everything you need to cook, wash clothes etc. - Accomodation was presented with wine, bread, eggs, biscuits. - I would Defintely book this property again.

Very comfortable villa, surrounded with beautiful garden, trees and flowers. We have enjoyed every sunrise. It has everything we need. Comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom. Great location, not far from beautiful Chania City and charming beaches around. Shops and restaurants are also near by.

“Everything was exceptional”

An outstanding accommodation. Not even pictures can capture the beauty of the place, you have to see it with your own eyes. The garden, yard and house are so tastefully done, Ioannis has thought of everything you might need during your stay. Parking inside the property, terrace with barbecue and even sunbeds. The house is fully equipped, you have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The host waited for us with cold water, raki, wine, coffee and more.

Luxurious accommodation with a large, well-kept garden, surrounded by orange and olive groves, in a peaceful and quiet suburban location that gives a feeling of cosiness and security. The house is very spacious, richly furnished and has central air conditioning. The property is very well maintained and everything is very clean. The environment itself allows you to switch off from the fast pace of life and completely relax. The host is very friendly, helpful and caring and brought us local specialities on several occasions. A great base from which to explore the Chania area.

“Nice house, perfect stay!”

We liked everything, the house looks even better than in the pictures. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, you can relax and enjoy your holiday! Everything you may need you can find in the house, we were traveling with our 3year old son and we had everything we needed. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. The only thing to consider when you book the house is that you would need a car as it is in a residential area. You have coffee shop in 150m, supermarket in 1.5km, a good taverna in 2km. We really liked the location and we highly recommend it! Thank Ioannis for everything!

“Happy stay”

Wonderful garden, very friendly host, complete with amenities.

All was wonderful. It was ready before check in time. We were staying in the studio for 2, the villa had a family staying too for a few days. The studio had everything. We travelled light with just hand luggage. There were beach towels, plenty of bathroom towels, extra sheets for changing if we wished to. Toiletries, cleaning products, bin liners etc. Peaceful. Nice garden, lounges, barbeque area however we only used the table outside. Secure parking/fob operating gate. We spent most of the day exploring and being on the beach but coming back to a very comfortable bed was an extra bonus. The communication with the owners was perfect before arrival and we didn't have any issues while staying but their response was always fast. I always tend to try new things so I guess we won't be returning to the same place but I would definitely say it was a great holiday home for us.

We had very smooth check-in. The owner had left some local products to taste them. The studio has a nice courtyard and is perfect for al fresco eating. The location is peaceful as the studio is located between private houses. There is also a private parking space inside the yard. The studio has everything for comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a small ironing board, etc.).

“Perfect stay”

The house is exceptional, very clean, nice design, well equipped, host is very kind. Also it’s quite close to the old center, maybe 12 min drive. I wish we could have spent more time inside, but we were out almost always.

It is a big and comfortable house: Nice living room, fully equipped kitchen, very good bathroom, comfortable beds, nice garden, parking place, silent neighborhood. Close to the city centre. And Ioannis left on the first day some nice things for eating and drinking! Highly recommended!
