“Fun, relaxing, comfortable”

The property was the perfect size for 2 people, spacious bathroom, a small sized kitchen which was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom leading to a lovely balcony overlooking Chania. Overall, NEM House was everything we needed in a great location of Chania. walking distance to most places! Big thank you to our lovely host Eleftheria who was very accomodating, very easy to communicate with and assisted when we locked ourselves out of the home! I would return back to NEM house and recommend to others as well!

great place, exactly as on the pictures, really clean, super comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen with many welcome groceries available (like coffee, fruits, toast bread, croissants etc), convenient location few steps away from the beach (local one, great for swimming but no sunbathing), near cafés and restaurants, quiet at night, really friendly hosts, easy communication + don't miss Saturday market

Beautiful, tasteful interior design - light and airy - with a fab mezzanine level with great, comfortable double bed. The shower room was stunning . The location was superb, in the historic Venetian town close to the Venetian harbour and the laid-back east side of the City, with its street cafes and bars. Wifi was good and fast with smart TV. kitchen was well equipped for two people. The owners and agent Christina were helpful and friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off earlier because we were checking out from another place in the area. Also, a stone’s throw (literally) from the wonderful, Minoos street market (Saturdays) - fruit, fresh vegetables, cheese and thyme-scented honey to die for; a real Cretan experience not to be missed.

This beautiful house has recently being refurbished to a high modern standard. Having the air con upstairs and downstairs was a life saver in September! ⁸ It's only a 5 minute walk away from many restaurants and about 7 minutes from the main port. I absolutely loved everything! Christina booked the taxis for me and she was at hand if needed throughout my stay. She was.vrry lovely and helpful. I met the landlord Nicholas and his family on leaving who were very friendly. I did not want to leave and would definitely recommend this beautiful property..
