Beautiful location & super helpful host.

Superb Villa, with everything required for an exceptional stay. Highly recommend Villa 5 particularly, best place for a relaxing 10 days. Location was great for peace and quiet, yet close enough the local town and a short drive into Chania.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! It was perfect for our group of 10, with plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Our favorite spot was definitely the outdoor sofa with the table – perfect for playing games together and just relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Staff were really helpful and recommended lots of nice local places to explore.

“Lovely, clean villa close to Chania!”

The property was very well maintained. The host organised cleaning services for us for free whenever we needed it & also gave us lots of information and recommendations! Beautiful view - and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean pool. The complex consisted of 5 villas - like a gated complex. Felt very safe. Enough space to park a few cars. There are a few tavernas close by as well as supermarkets 5/10 min away by car. Chania is 20 min away by car. Great base to explore the surrounding beaches/places.

Every detail had been thought of and we didn’t want for anything with the villa. Exceptionally clean and with lots of lovely different areas to enjoy. We also need to mention Pantelis who was fabulous and went above and beyond to help and to recommend things to do and places to eat - all were brilliant! There are lots of different beaches and restaurants to visit locally and further afield. Although a bit of a journey we really enjoyed going to Knossos.

The villa was absolutely perfect! Very clean & specious! Margarita Villas also comes with the cutest dog that comes and goes to say hello. The host's communication was great!

We like the view, cleanliness, amenities, pool and over all the friendly dog with the kids.

Perfect Villa for our family of 3, with excellent facilities and amazing views. The villa is a 10-15 minute drive from shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a fantastic restaurant just a 5 minute drive away.

The location is excellent, and it's very close to all the attractions in Chania. The villa is very clean and comfortable, very quiet, and you can see the sea view from a distance. Pantelis gave us very useful travel information and is the best host ever.

We loved this property, great layout with balconies off every room. Plus sun lounger and barbecue area by the private pool. The location was stunning, perched in the middle of an olive tree valley with immense views, peaceful and tranquil. Secure environment and looked after by an awesome host. We also managed to visit lovely tavernas nearby… our favourites Mastrapas and Drakiana.

It’s a very nice complex of 5 villa’s in a beautiful and peaceful zone very close to the city of Chania. The host, Pantelis, was very friendly and polite and offered us everything we needed, also welcomed us with a gift basket with sweets and wine was very kind of him. The place is also very close to the beach, 5/10 minutes by car, and there are a lot of restaurants and taverna in the neighborhood. It was a very nice experience and I totally recommend ☺️🙏🏻

The location was a bit away from Chania Town, about a 15 to 20-minute drive, but the hospitality of the owner, Mr. Pantelis, was awesome!! Thank you for the great advice. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our stay in Chania. The pool was cleaned every other day, making it very pleasant to use, and the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom areas were all kept clean.

“Great villa holiday in Crete”

A great villa, in a beautiful elevated position with lovely views. Really good quality facilities with all the basics included. We loved the bbq space and the pool. It was easy to get a taxi into Chania on a couple of evenings. Pantelis was a great host - very helpful and easy to contact.

In our particular villa the pool was a little small, just bigger than a plunge pool really.

Everything, everything was on the highest level. Contact with the owner, amenities, view, the villa itself. There was never a lack of anything, and whenever we had questions, we could always count on assistance.

The views we absolutely stunning. The villa has everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Pantelis was an excellent host who went above and beyond.

Villa was perfect for 3 person. 2adults and 9 years old boy. We stayed 2bedroom apartment. It was clean, beautiful , wiev was stunning, bed and billow was very good, barbecue place is nice . Hoast Pantelis is amazing. I would highly recommend this villa. One thing that you should know is that you really need a car when you stay at the villa. You can get the taxi also but it’s much more easier with your own car. We stayed 11 days and felt totally relaxed after this vacation.
