“We really enjoyed our stay”

Very nice and cosy house just in the centre of the town. Perfect for a big family. Very neat, plenty of space. Incredibly pleasant and helpful owner.

The hostess was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and even provided bread and fruit. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I especially loved the balcony on the second floor. Thank you to the hostess for letting us check in early; the process was very smooth, and I hope to stay here again next time we come back.

The entire stay was absolutely wonderful. This place is a rare gem - beautiful yet down-to-earth, conveniently located yet peaceful. The house had everything you could want (whilst also avoiding being overly fussy). Highlights are probably the beautiful terrace with views of the White Mountains, the beautiful plants in the courtyard, and a beautifully simple decoration style, with lovely touches of humour. The hosts were exceptional, and even though we arrived at a time slightly different to that planned, they arranged for someone to meet us at the property. Food items were left for us, and helpful arrangements were made for our bags when we needed to check out at odd times. The house is very close to a beautiful small beach, and the same distance in the other direction is the charming harbour. The area feels neighbourly, with beautiful restaurants, unusual shops close by, plus easy shopping access and close to the bus stop needed to get to Samaria Gorge. I could go on. I've been raving about this place ever since we stayed and would go back in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Lilian was a truly pleasant experience. The property is in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touches — snacks, fruits, and drinks were provided upon arrival, which made us feel very welcome. The host was exceptionally nice and helpful, always responsive to our questions and eager to assist whenever needed I would definitely recommend Lilian to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted place to stay.

“The Best Placeto stay in Chania”

spent two wonderful weeks in chania! partly because of Vera. she helped with planning our stay and always kept in touch. generous treats were waiting for us on check-in and check-out. whenever we needed information Vera always responded promptly. the house is very clean. location: 6 minutes to the beach and in the very center. enough space for a very large number of people, even though there were only three of us. the house is equipped with all the amenities from 6 types of coffee makers to an iron. on the ground floor we didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning, as the tiled floor created a pleasant cooling effect. Vera, once again thank you for being there. i give it 10 out of 10 in all respects

“Amazing!!!”

The apartment is amazing! It is artistic, authentic, clean and has everything you need and more! The beds are really comfortable. The outside sitting area is great and spacious- perfect for evening talks and drinks! Vera is the most amazing host we have ever imagined- she came to greet us and tell us all about Chania, leaving us great treats and more! Thank you Vera for everything!!! We will come to stay at the house for sure next time also! ❤️❤️❤️

“Excellent stay”

I dunno which was nicer- the property itself or the host. She was wonderfully kind to welcome us in person at 7 in the morning and even brought us some breakfast. Later, she gave us recommendations for visits during our stay and even came helped us with airport transfer by booking a taxi that was her cousin (who I must also add was super nice)> Regarding the property itself, it was super charming, the little details in decoration was beautiful. It was close to a beach, the old city center, several lovely restaurants (still dreaming about the burgers at Daglas), and the pick-up points to various tours.

Host is fantastic met us on arrival despite our flight being delayed. Water, wine,fruit and all the essentials of breakfast left out for us. The Host even secured a parking spot for us and explained where to park in Chania. Local restaurants, beach’s, supermarkets were suggested with routes explained to us.

We spent three wonderful days in Vera's house. The house is fully equipped, very good for a long stay. Beautiful large balcony and small terrace. Lots of greenery around, the view of lemon fruit - wonderful. What surprised us was an additional toilet, hidden on the balcony. For the brave I recommend an outdoor shower;) The wonderful owner brought us fresh buns for the trip. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Property was as advertised. Beautiful heritage property. Clean and comfortable and spacious. Close to city centre. All amenities available with extra special touches provided by host Vera - fruit, traditional Cretan pies, wine and beer, as well as juice. Vera was both friendly and hospitable . Definitely recommend the property and service provided by Vera.

Plenty of space in this lovely home, with beautiful outside terrace. Close to the beaches and old town. Host was absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this cozy house. It was, comfortable, and located in a peaceful area. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips, making the stay even better. The house is located near the center, making it ideal for shopping. For breakfast, the house is near Red Jane Bakery, an excellent spot with delicious and affordable pastries. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
