“good value for money”
Location is super convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Jack Ma. Breakfast has the good varieties. Room is big, clean and comfortable.

“Felt like an emperor”
We had such a lovely stay in the Presidential Suite in Changsha Days Suite Hotel. Our concierge Jack Ma was extremely helpful, he recommended some great markets and restaurants. It was very helpful to have someone so friendly and helpful with great English. Our suite was spectacular, very luxurious and spacious. We are looking forward to staying here again.

“Best "Days" inn Changsha”
We loved the room size, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast but best of all Jack the concierge. His knowledge of Changsha was amazing, he helped us with bar codes for the metro which was only a five minute walk. Responded to messages almost immediately and organised a driver to collect us from our midnight flight. Highly recommended

The personal welcome by Mr Jack Ma was lovely. The room was spacious and the view of the city was a big plus. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good and a large choice of food options. Mr. Feng at reception was very helpful in answering our questions.

“Excellent stay. Staff spoke English”
The service from the staff, particularly Jack Ma, made our stay very comfortable and special. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the metro station for all sightseeing. It was located in a quiet neighbourhood so we had a great sleep. The hotel provided a laundry, lots of information on sightseeing, daily fruit and water in the room plus a varied breakfast. The room was very large and comfortable.

“Great stay next to train station, very lovely and helpful staff”
Chose the hotel for a short overnight stay to get to Zhangjiajie and couldn’t have been happier with the choice: new facilities, clean rooms, nice breakfast with a view, friendly and helpful staff. Our flight was delayed to 1am and the manager Jack Ma went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay and booked a DiDi to the right entrance at the train station
