We visited the hotel during half term to go skiing. The hotel was 10 minute walk to the ski lifts but this didn't matter as in the morning they provided a free shuttle and all our ski equipment was stored up in the ski shop. We stayed in 2 x Economy Doubles, I was not sure to expect but they had plenty of space, were comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were a buffet and a selection of everything you might want savoury or sweet including a chef cooking eggs / pancakes each morning. When we were off the slopes we went to the spa and the outdoor heated pool where you could look up at the hills, it was the perfect way to finish the day! The bar area was perfect too as you can see in the pictures alpine cosiness with an open fire and I loved the snacks they brought with your drinks. In the evenings we went out to local restaurants, these get booked up so worth booking in advance. We didn't realise this but still found somewhere every night.

The staff were all amazing, really helpful, really friendly & really working hard all the time. Excellent breakfast choices to suit all from freshly made omelettes, fresh fruit, choice of breads, photo worthy cakes, pastries, cheeses, meats, waffles- really everything anyone could want (& I'm hard to please) Lovely room with enormous bathroom and perfect shower, comfy bed also choice of pillows is a nice touch, complimentary lift to lifts (although the walk is short and lovely) & complimentary ski storage at the lift station too. Snacks at cocktail hour were outstanding!

Outside jakuzzi was the best! Also good location, small free treatments like hot chocolate after ski day was very pleasant surprise. Good breakfast organise, shuttle bus to the lifts, great price and service at the recommended ski rental.

Absolutely loved the warm welcome, professional handling of requests and amazing friendly attitude of the breakfast buffet! The hotel helped me with delivering some parcels and went above and beyond to help! Beautiful and cosy setting with attention to details and great music by the hot tub to enjoy after day of skiing.

The hotel was near perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the shower great, the breakfast amazing (so much choice!) and the staff delightful. Special shout out for Elena who was very accommodating of my coeliac travel companion - providing gluten free cake for breakfast and gluten free snacks for our pre-dinner drinks. It is well located for the gondola and centre of town (10 min walk). We used the hotel morning shuttle bus only once during our three day stay. A big plus was the spa - great to come back to after a day on the slopes. Two saunas, two steam rooms and indoor and an outdoor hot tub. Towels and flip flops provided.
