Overview
Right on Lake Champex, at 1500 metres above sea level, this chalet-style hotel offers free indoor pool and sauna facilities, free WiFi, and a terrace with panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. Champex village centre is a 5-minute walk away. Hotel Mont.Lac features a wine bar which also offers a selection of snacks and small dishes. “An incredible place to stay, eat and relax. Owners are beautiful.”
We absolutely loved our stay. The owners were so helpful and lovely. We ate at the restaurant and added breakfast- I recommend both. Beds are comfy, and the location is incredible. We also popped into the sauna post lake swim, which was fantastic.

“Wonderful people, great food, amazing views”
Before we even arrived, Charles was communicative and helpful, offering to stay late to accommodate a later check in for us if our hike was delayed. Everyone was polite and eager to make our stay wonderful, the food was fantastic, and the view from our room was to die for. I've stayed in hotels in a dozen countries, and this is one of the best.

We had a really nice room with access to great a good wellness center. The hotel is in a beautiful location just in front of the lake. The hotel owner is very kind, makes sure you have everything you need. When we accidentally forgot some stuff in our room after check-out, he went out of his way to bring them to us!

It is a real nice and friendly place with a good view of the lake and a nice restaurant. The room was very big with a cool balcony. They have a hot pool and a workout room.
