“A room with a view.”
Upgraded on arrival to a better room which had a wonderful view of the lake, especially in the morning when there was some mist over the water. The room and bathroom were spacious and really welcoming and restful. The restaurant was also welcoming and of great quality. Although it’s a little way off the A26 autoroute it’s worth the detour for the quiet and quality of the accommodation.

“Very pleasant country retreat”
Nicely located hotel right on the lake with plenty of parking. Hotel had a friendly vibe with a comfortable bar / lounge overlooking the pool and lake. Had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant and breakfast was nicely organised too with quality products.

Good size room with lovely view over the lake. Good breakfast but coffee machine a bit temperamental and staff a bit slow to restock food, especially the danish pastries.

After our overnight stop in Canterbury (Best Western Abbots Barton) prior to the ferry from Dover, the overnight stop in Chamouille was beyond comparison. £1 less and ten times better. I regret not booking an overnight stop again in Chamouille on our return leg to Dunkirk from ZÜRICH. In fact I wish we had booked two nights going outward.

“This place never disappoints. Very good value for money IMO.”
I / we have stayed here multiple times through the years. It looks underwhelming from the outside, but morphs once you get in. The bar / restaurant are excellent and the rooms whilst a little dated are very good and lots have a terrace to look over the lake from. Food and drink are super. Staff great, and the ambience is lovely. Get yourselves a drink and go sit at the end of the pontoon for a relaxing view.

Lovely hotel on the lake. The rooms are very comfortable with balconies overlooking the lake. Fantastic swimming pool, and great for families with pool table, table football and boule pitch. The restaurant was very good.
