“Comfortable stay - Good location for the Ski resort and thermal spa. Friendly staff.”

Good location for free ski bus to Ovronnaz resort - Passes by every half hour right outside Hotel, and only while the ski resort is open. Breakfast OK, although no restaurant service in the evening. Room was large and spacious and clean - but could do with some modernization. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful when required and made an effort to fulfill your needs.

We forgot to inform the hotel about our late arrival but the reception still left us the keys on the counter with a detailed note as to where our rooms are located. Thank you! I came here for work but will definitely come back for a weekend.

Great views from the breakfast area. There were no forks at breakfast & it was minimal (low season). Friendly staff. There is a free bus that leaves from the intersection near the hotel, which goes to the ski area morning & afternoon and a different less frequent one that goes to the train station.

“Just perfect!!!”

It is one of the most beautiful locations you can imagine! Almost at the top of the mountain - the best breakfast view ever! The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Reception staff went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - including car charging and additional plug adapters. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, delicious fresh products, great coffee and juices. We would definitely go back if in the area again. We highly recommend visiting Les Gorges du Durnand for a short (approx. 1h) and spectacular walk - you won't regret it!

The personnel took good care of us on our late arrival and manage to have food ready for us despite the kitchen being closed. The bed was really comfortable ! The view and surroundings are absolutely stunning !
