“A big mistake,”
Not really much at all. ChatGTP recommended it for location and accepting pets. So I read some reviews mainly from British travellers on the same route as we were coming back from Spain. These reviews were completely unrealistic and I can only imagine trying to be nice or they normally stay in hostels or tents.

We love the location it's close to a number of great restaurants all of which are dog friendly as is this hotel😁 The staff are lovely Good breakfast choices.

“A good travellers hotel”
A small, secure, Fenced, illuminated car park, with tight spaces. Very welcoming,engaging receptionist, greeted with a warm smile, speaking very good english Room: basic but adequate for a traveller, kettle with 3 x tea (Lipton's) and sachets of 4x coffee. A writing desk & chair, beds set as twins. Small bathroom with hairdryer, large illuminated mirror, 1 x bath towel & 2 X hand towel. A requested an additional towel in reception who obliged without fuss.

We regularly stay here on our way to and from Spain. It is close to the motorway so easily accessible for a stop over. It has a bar and restaurant. There are a range of restaurants close by our favourite is a dog friendly Italian who do the best pizzas. We have a small dog who is made very welcome in all communal areas and in nearby restaurants.
