A 5-minute walk from the River Chassezac, Le Mas des Loges is set in the Cevennes National Park. The B&B features a covered terrace. “As near to perfect as you are ever going to get.”
This is a beautiful place to stay and by far the best hotel I have stayed at in France (I live here and stayed in many). The place is beautifully decorated and the owners are friendly and attentive. The bedroom was just perfect and I really cannot fault it. I would drive the 4.5 hours it took to get here again just to stay here.

Very warm welcome, large room with large comfortable bed, large common outdoor area to lounge around and have breakfast. Common kitchen area to make the early morning coffee (no kettle in the room). Very good breakfast. Parking in the square outside. Highly recommend.

“Superb accommodation with wonderful hosts”
Guillaume and Benjamin are just the nicest people we have ever met. They made us welcome from day 1 of our 7 night stay, recommended and helped us book restaurants and canoeing and made our stay special. The suite was beautiful, spacious and spotless and it felt like home. The breakfast was excellent with little touches added to make it special. They spoke French with us patiently allowing us to try and reply but also spoke English when it was all too much. a wonderful stay with truly wonderful hosts. We will definitely be returning. “perfect little bed and breakfast with wonderful hosts”
Just perfect! We spent three nights at the Mas de Loges on our way to Bordeaux and loved it! A beautiful historic building , a wonderful clean and spacious room, very nicely decorated. A beautiful courtyard where we had breakfast and could hang out during the day. And most of all two super friendly hosts, Benjamin and Guillaume , who made us feel at home and went out of their way to provide us with everything we might need. tips for hikes, reservations for a Kayak trip (highly recommended) and restaurants in beautiful close by le Vans. Breakfast was superb with homemade Marmelade, fresh croissants , fruit and yoghurt, the beds comfortable and the location on the old square with its church very picturesque. We would love to come back. Thank you Benjamin and Guillaume !
