The hotel is in a convenient central area about 10 minutes walk from the station. The breakfast was excellent and included things like freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit salad which are rarely available at breakfast buffets. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Very, very well located in the heart of the old city. Really warm reception area and bar. Immediately quiet and relaxing straight off the street. Nice room and well laid out. Outstanding staff especially reception.

Comfortable bed

Really kind staff, breakfast is excellent, with many options of local products and handmade products. Room for a couple with one kid was properly ready before the arrival, thanks to an excellent communication with the staff before the check-in.

The staff were amazing and the room was spotless. I left a scarf and they called me to let me know.

Great location in the centre of town The room is a great size for a family with two to four kids which is so rare for a hotel. There's a little Salon de the outside the room with the coffee bean to cup machine and tea/kettle etc for the grown ups to relax in or the bar downstairs Breakfast was nice and varied, not too large. Staff were really friendly

This hotel is located right in the centre of Chambery and everything is within walking distance. The staff are very helpful, and the rooms are clean, with very comfortable beds, and the shower was spacious and powerful. For a city centre hotel it is very quiet. We've stayed here before, and would come back.

The hotel is nicely furnished and conveniently located (with parking nearby) in the centre of Chambery. The breakfast was fabulous with a large array of choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location. 10min walk from the train station. Near bars and restaurants In the old part of town. The staff were amazing. So helpful with restaurant suggestions and providing a walking map of the old town and points of interest. Great buffet breakie
