Breakfast and a coffee machine were provided. The facilities were clean and fully equipped.

Charming, lovely decor, clean with great facilities - coffee machine, fridge, excellent shower, strong wifi, Smart TV. Its quite small but the description made that clear and it suited us fine. Plenty of room for our needs.

Undoubtedly the nicest and best functional small studio room we ever stayed at. No space is wasted and everything you could need is provided for and in the exact right place. Detail orientated and traveller focused, bravo! Finally a host who has understood how to professionally layout a small studio in all detail, good taste and with quality fittings. Far better than the roadside chain hotels. Area is quiet with public parking next door. We opened the window for fresh air, not sure if there is an aircon or if you would need it. Providing the price is right, undoubtedly, even in the off season this room will be booked first. Would I stay there again? Absolutely yes.

Very well appointed and clean

“A little gem of a place!”

Beautifully presented little bed-sit. Cosy, but equipped so well with everything you need. Kitchenette had a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, full-size fridge, two hobs, and a microwave. Then, in a large cupboard, you can find a washing machine/dryer, an ironing board and iron. There were cleaning products and kitchen towel, and washing up liquid too, if needed. The bathroom was great, a hairdryer (& a decent one at that) was provided and the shower gel and shampoo were both lovely. At check-in, we were met by the lovely Fabien, and he showed us how to get in and out, but this is easy to do if he isn't available. It is all digital, so no keys to lose! The bathroom lights were also on timer, which was handy. There was a good fan in the room, which I think would definitely be needed in warmer weather. Fabien left the table laid, which was sweet and made the place feel very homely. There was also a tray of treats, like biscuits, coffee, honey, bottled water, some pop corn and some crisps, a nice touch. The WiFi worked well too, but we didn't get around to trying the TV. Some helpful information too, including a town map, things to see and do in the area etc, all very useful. The carpark adjacent to the building was full, but we managed to park right in front of the front door to the building. There was a cupboard in the lobby downstairs to dispose of your recycling and rubbish.

Interior was very well thought out and it showed in small details. This is what "customer first" looks and feels like!

“Superb room with kitchenette in Chalons-en-Champagne”

The room was fantastic with a great layout to include kitchenette, breakfast bar and en-suite shower room. Cleanliness of the highest standard and the welcome pack a great touch - coffee pods, apple juice. Parking on-site and walking distance to a brilliant Boulangerie and the Town itself. The host Fabien was super helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommended, as too all of the rooms in this location.

It was a surprise to find this was a self catering room with a well equipped kitchen within walking distance of interesting buildings and the river.

We were met by Fabian, the charming owner, who has designed and built 4 fabulous flats, each named after the 4 seasons. We were in autumn, and he has thought of everything, and finished them to such a high standard. Lovely bathroom toiletries, snacks, fruit juice in the fridge, popcorn, etc. TV set up to get perfect Netflix in English, all spotlessly clean and brand new. Incredible value, with free parking outside. Perfect.

“A great break with a great host!”

A great stay! We stayed over for one night, ideal after an early morning drive to the ferry and then into France to drive south. The flat was exceptional, having all the usual facilities. The host Fabien was extremely helpful at all times, was there to greet us and answer any questions with timely txt messages on the phone. Nice and easy. Parking was outside the flat and very safe. This was a comfortable and welcome break and we’d return on another drive to the south of France.

What a find! Outsdanting accommodation! The owner Fabien has done a tremendous job. I can't fault anything as this is perfection. Highly recommanded.

Stunningly appointed and well thought out appartment. The attention to detail in communication, decoration and facilities is superb. We found parking outside, the instructions for access to the property were clear. Everything in the building is new, clean, crisp and of a good standard. Lovely welcome pack, with coffee, biscuits, juice, water, milk & fruit. Great shower, comfortable bed. Great appartment.
