The staff were all really friendly, we arrived late and were able to access the rooms very easily, everything was ready including the travel cot we asked for. Good breakfast the next morning, easy and secure parking

Nice hotel, this is the second time staying here and no complaints about the hotel or staff. The breakfast was delicious, room and bathroom clean, the bed was confortable. We've been contacted by the hotel on the day of our arrival to let us know there was an issue with the roller blinds from our room and we will not be able to open them. Someone damaged it the night before so there was nothing they could do to fix it before our arrival. They were very apologetic and offered us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience which we found very nice of them. No issues from us as we like a dark room at night.

It was lovely to sit in the bar lounge near the fire after a long drive and enjoy a glass of wine, Vicky is a great guy and made us feel very welcome, we stay here every time on our way to or from skiing and have always been very satisfied, good breakfast, free secure parking and overall great value for money, a supermarket, restaurant and fuel station very close to the hotel which is very useful, we will return soon.
