Great property in a great place. Apartment with a living, kitchenette with all the necessary utensils, glasses, dishes, etc and a bedroom. Also a large balcony with eating and seating area. Apartment had everything you might have needed, as if it was your vacation home (mosquito spray, detergent, a washing machine, even salt and cooking oil). The property in which is located is very nice, with a nice beach area, large pool area (very crowded and noisy, but the apartment is far from pool so very quiet) a (paying, 35 gel/adult and 20 gel/child) aquapark, an on-site shop opened till late at night, a paid parking (10 gel/day), etc. You get beach towels, but no breakfast (which is terribly expensive at 15 usd/pers so not worth it anyway). We ended up paying for the aquapark because of being a little bit more quieter and having sunbeds. For the large pool you would have to wake up at about 8 to be able to save some sunbeds. Restaurants on site are expensive, like 2-3 time the prices from equivalent restaurants in Batumi. Worth to have a rental car, we drove to Batumi every night. Large bed with very comfortable mattress. Usable kitchenette. Owner Ana very responsive and kind, it's like renting from a friend. Owner not on site, you pick up the keys from the gate reception. Word of advice: you will need to pay by orange paybox of bank of Georgia (you put cash money in a machine, after you select the owners account). There is a bank of Georgia ATM and paybox just at the intersection in Chakvi at the roundabout, just hidden behind some shops. Look and you'll find it. So you will pay cash but put the money into a machine.
