Overview
Enjoying a scenic location on a large private beachfront, Veranda Resort Hua Hin – Cha Am, Mgallery by Sofitel has a beautiful infinity pool with enormous sunbathing space. Free WiFi, a fitness centre and a kid's club are available. Overlooking the sea or gardens, the spacious rooms all come with a flat-screen HD TV, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. Open-concept bathrooms have a rain shower and separate bathtub. Villas come with a private pool and outdoor hot tub. Veranda Resort provides area shuttles around Hua Hin Town Centre. Free parking is available. Guests can take part in a cooking class, practice yoga to the sound of waves, or play volleyball by the beach. Great Pool and Trees around the pool. Situated on a nice stretch of beach with access to good food in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a couple of hours from Bangkok.

Everything pool at our villa beds soo comfy main pool brilliant. Staff wonderful attentive. And call out to our fabulous parking attendent was so helpful older man. Such a livley helpful man made our stay that much better too.

Overall all is beyond good and satisfying. I like every corner of room from great ocean view bacony to bathtub. The staff were very attending and kind. Especially thanks to Mr.Ped(?) Who guide me to the room and Ms.Tong who helped me to checked out. Also shout out to Spa mananer and her team for their wondeful service. The place is not just good as view and facilities, but also with good attention to the detail for guest's experience such as cafe with books you can drop by anytime, many different type of furnitures near pool and beachfront so that you can choose etc... I will definitely coming back and I hope it’s just as great as it is now

“Overall, the place is very nice. The only downside is that no one likes to be misled, and unfortunately, that happened.”
During our stay, we stayed in two completely different villas. Both were very nice with excellent conditions, but completely different. The second one was a penthouse, more modern, like an apartment, with a pool — very quiet. We might have stayed there, but other guests nearby smoked cigarettes very often, and the smoke drifted straight to us. Despite reporting it to the staff, they kept smoking and didn’t care at all. We were there with children, so this really ruined our stay. Of course, there are smoking bans everywhere and warnings, but they were not enforced, so the guests ignored them completely

Cloak smell in bathroom which went away for about few hours after cleaning, but did not go away. We did complain - and even asked for another room - they only talked to the cleaning staff. No control over sunbeds - some guests had their towels there over the night I think…

“Amazing, will definitely come back again.”
The room we had was massive, very clean, modern & quiet. The hotel in general was very spacious, the breakfast had lots of variety & was very nice. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The pool was lovely & right on the beach. The beach was quiet & the sea was clear & calm. Massage & restaurants on the beach a short walk away. Could easily get cheap taxis into Cha Am & Hua Hin if you wanted a bit more nightlife & both have lovely beaches. Two water parks in Hua Hin to visit.
