“A wonderful stay that was too short.I will never stay anywhere else in Cha Am now !”

The room was clean and spacious with a huge bed ( fabulous firm Thai mattress which I like). Wooden furnishings of good quality and a little balcony, facing the beach road. The owner Panjai and her staff were lovely kind welcoming people and were keen to chat and ensure you had a good stay. The guest house is in a quiet street at the best end of Cha Am beach.

Very friendly welcome and super service. Every day a little snack or fruit free gift. A warm staff who know how to treat customers. A great fish restaurant just 50 meters away. It's a great place to avoid crowded Hua Hin.

Very pleasant welcome from the owner and staff, they couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with a very comfy, large bed. Nice, clean bathroom. The shower had great water pressure, and the sink had a hot water tap! They also provide towels for the beach, which is a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be returning to Panjai's for a longer stay.

When everything is brilliant, there's not much to write about. Excellent location, excellent room. The host is an outstanding woman and a wonderful organizer, attentive to the details. It was a pleasure to watch her work. Here are some details: 1. The beach is right across the street. There are practically no people. Overall, it's clean — not perfect, but clean. I didn't like the presence of dogs and the speedboats dragging tourists around, roaring back and forth with their stench of gasoline, too close to people swimming. 2. The hotel has 4 floors and no elevator. Something to keep in mind if you're traveling with a child or with heavy luggage. 3. You can have an inexpensive breakfast at the hotel. There are also a few restaurants in the area. The one that seemed most acceptable to me was ร้านอาหารคุณธันยา. Taste is subjective, of course. 4. You can rent a beat-up village bicycle nearby. With a bike, you can reach Narathip Rd in about 20–30 minutes — that's supposedly the main street, said to have cafés and bars. There's nothing particularly special there, just a rural road, but at the intersection with Cha Am Malee, there are a couple of banks and the Cha Am Bus Station (Northbound). 5. No issues with transfers to Bangkok. You can easily take a Grab, or you can take a bus from the Cha Am Bus Station (Northbound). Buses run very frequently, and you buy your ticket directly on the bus. Depending on the operator, buses go to different points in Bangkok.

“Delightful place to stay”

We are returning guests and love Panjai's Place. Panjai and her staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The guest house is clean, tidy and quiet. Good bed and hot shower. Less than 1 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend and we hope to stay again in the future.

“Superperb.”

Below is the review I wrote last year which is still current and applicable. Staying here again must merit as a top place to stay, with so many places to stay why would you return to the same hotel unless it was excellent!! Further, this time I stayed with my girlfriend, she was of exactly the same opinion. I booked as always on reviews which have sometimes been misleading. I like to think I give objective and representative reviews to inform others. This is the only stay which I have ever given a 10. The room was large with a big bathroom, large bed and plenty of storage space. It also had a balcony, security safe and mini fridge. The air conditioning is modern quiet and efficient. The area and hotel are very quiet. The owner manages the hotel and is super proactive and helpful as are the staff who work there, all really lovely ladies. The laundry service is very cheap, good and efficient. Beach towels are also provided at no extra charge, an extremely friendly place to stay and for a very good price. If anyone is not happy staying here they would not be happy staying anywhere.

I liked everything from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome we received, the friendly chats and smiles, the fruit treats we were handed and in fact everything which was just perfect. The location too is quiet and near to the beach. I recommend you to stay here and only here.

Panjai was the perfect host. The staff were always helpful. Plenty of storage in the room. Shower was great. Choice of bars and restaurants in the area even though it's quiet and near the beach. Would definitely stay again. Stayed for 10 days but could have stayed for the whole holiday.

Very friendly service - welcoming and helped us with all our needs. The place is the cleanest! Great efforts to keep it spotless, the bathroom was immaculate! So close to the beach, in a quiet area, so sleep is very peaceful. But still close to a 7/11. I would recommend this place for a safe and clean room that’s super affordable.

“Stay here in Cha Am”

Panjai and her staff are exceptional. They are very kind and went out of their way to make our visit special, including taking us to see the remarkable spectacle of bats leaving a bat cave.

We feel " like home " at this lovely place with lovely hosts ... A place where we always will return on our trips to the south.

“Wonderful hotel, the best service”

Everything was absolutely great! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Manager, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful—she assisted us with everything and even surprised us with delicious fruit and a small gift for our birthday. The sea is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, this is a wonderful place that will forever stay in my heart. Highly recommended!
